L1 to H1 and L1 company sent me back b4 oct

Hi

I ahve L1b from Company A and company B has filed H1, if My H! approved then i can work with my company B from Oct but if in between in month of May if my company A asks me to go back then what will be situation.

I know I have to go to consulate but it will be same H1 petition or different.

New H1 is valid after H1 start date specified in LCA and H1 start date must be later than Oct 1. You can not start working for company B with H1 before Oct.
