L1 to GC (EB1) -- Overseas stay requirements

1) Is Overseas employment (with same Parent Subsidary) for 1 year need to be continuous ?

I have worked 9 months overseas, am working in US on L1

To apply for GC under EB1, i want to work overseas with same employer for 3 months and complete the 1 year requirement

Am I eligible for EB1 using this route ?
