Hi,
Currently I am on L1 visa in USA and i have got an admit for B school in US starting Fall 2008, i recently got married and my husband has an approved Labor and I-140 and has also applied for his I485, he is currenly on a H1B visa.
I want to convert from L1 to F1 visa status while being in US, will this be a problem since my husband has applied for his I485.
I am keen on a F1 status because i have been given tution waiver and stipend on my I20.
