I am currently in the US on L1B Visa. I still continue to be employed by my Indian employer. I have recieved an offer and intend to pursue a graduate course in the US. In this case, is it my employer who needs to file for the change of status or I can do it myself? If I do it myself, when do I need to inform my employer?
