I have a question. It would be very helpful if someone could answer that please.
Presently I am in this country with L1B visa sponsored by an Indian company. My wife is in H1B for a different company in US and I also have a valid H4 visa depending on her present H1B that I never used.
Recently I received EAD and Advance Parole after 485 filing along with my wife, where my wife is the primary applicant. I am still working for the same company that has sponsored my L1.
I want to study in US and leave the present organization. I do not have any plans for visiting India soon.
Do I need to go through any status change procedure once I leave the present employer? On that case what procedures should I follow?
