i am currently working on L1 and had applied for H1b and it got approved Dec 06 but i couldn't take it up due to personal reasons and have been continuing in l1 job and now want to convert to a dependent i.e H4 visa, my Husband is on H1. will there be a problem when i apply for H4 Visa since i am out of status now.
PLease advise.
