I have a valid L1 and I-94 till 2010. I have decided to resign the company and move to netherlands on 23.04.2009 to join my husband. I have got the Schegen Visa from 23.04.2009. But my employer is suddenly asking me to leave by 22.03.2009. If I am resigning on 23.03.2009, can I stay in US till 22.04.2009 without any problems or do I need to file a status change to Vistor Visa.
