L1 starting an LLC or Inc

Hi,

I am on an L1 in the US and I wish to start a business with an American citizen.

My questions:
Is it possible? If so what type of Corp (C - Corp aka LLC or S Corp aka Inc.)?
Can I then go to UK or India and run it from there for 1 year?
After 1 year can I come back to the US on L1-a visa?

Please advise.

If there is a CPA in the Atlanta area who can help me out, I would really appreciate it.

L visa holder cannot start a business in US. S/he is allowed only to work only for the approved employer
