Hi Rajiv,
i have filled my L1 individual petetion in June .but it came into RFE(request for evidence) in Aug.I have submmitted my docs in Oct.From then my case has been pending . its been almost 5 months its in that state.
As my company has filled my L1 individual as i am a non-IT candidate (as i am Mechanical Engg. & My overall exp. is 4.5 yrs in Software)
My Questions are :-
1>Is a non-IT candidate not allowed to file for L1 blanket.
2> How Can i cancel the L1 individual & done with L1 Blanket.
3> Is it necessary to work for 2 yrs in the same conpany to file L1 blanket.
4> Most important : Does a Mechanical Engineer can't file for L1 Blanket ?
