I have L1 individual valid only till Mar 26 2010. But I have I-94 valid till Mar 2011. Is it legal to stay after visa expiry with Valid I-94.. But because of doubtness in I94 date, my company going for an retroactive extension. Please tell me whether I will get an extension, legal to stay here and is it affect me in future as I stayed more than visa expiry date.
