My wife was on H4 when she came here, then her employer gave her L1 (salary still being paid in India on Indian payroll) - THat is not a problem for us, since I am H1 here and getting paid here...
Would this be a problem when she goes for her L1 visa stamping(we are planning to visit either mexico or india for this..), because i hear that the consulate folks normally ask for pay slips (and perhaps W2 etc)....
