I am an L1B visa holder. It was extended about a year ago.
My LC case is pending. It was filed in October 2003 in Philadelphia under RIR.
Once LC is complete, what are the remaining steps?
I140 and I485?
How long do those steps typically take?
I have read elsewhere on this site that those two can be filed together. True?
