I completed a 6 yr h1b term in Jan this year. So, after Jan 2005, I will be eligible to get back in on an L1. My LC has been approved and 140 is in process. Can I apply for an L1 based on my approved labor so that I can reenter US in Jan itself. Otherwise, my option would be to wait till Jan 05 and then apply for L1. How long does it take at NSC? Appreciate all your replies.
