I got my L1B (approved on august 18 2004 valid till august 15 2007) and got stamped on October 5 2004 valid till October 4 2005. I came to US on Jan 15 2005, got I-94 till August 2007(ie. based on petition papers).
While in India i applied for H1B thru another company and that H1B approved on October 1 2004 and validity til september 30 2007.
Now i'm here in US with L1B status.
My question is whether my H1B is still valid or not? If i change my comapny and moved to my H1B company will it be any problem? Even if not now in future will it be any problem?
