L1--->H1 Multiple Employer which one is Valid

I work with Company A on L1 Blanket Visa and wife on L2.

Company B applied for H1 with Cos and H4 but got an RFE -------
Initially No plans to reply for RFE

Company C applied for H1 with Cos....

Now Company B also has responded to RFE with proper Documents.

If both B and C get approved H1.. what will happen.. Will both be valid and I can join any of them or will one of them become invalid..

Please reply to this .. It will be very helpful for me to take the right decision.

You may have contractual obligations with both.
