L1-H1 Conversion.

I am currently on L1 and my wife on L2.

My employer has filed fresh H1(I129) for myself and I539 for my wife. I have both receipt numbers.

On the service center processing times for I129, there are three categories (Extension, Change of Status and Visa abroad). Which category will I fall under?

Similarly there are two categories for L/H dependents I539. Which one will my wife's I539 fall under?

Also, if I wish to do premium processing, will it be 1000 bucks for each filing (I129 and I539) or just for I129?
