How many employees?
Could you please tell me how many employees in your company?Is 485 rejected or 140 rejected?

Usually they will not reject a GC just on number of employees. I have heard from people where their company employed only 2 o3 employees and they got the GC's. Was your 485 rejected or your rejection was at a US Consulate outside US?

It is sad to hear that your GC got rejected but with out giving proper details nobody can you help you with suggestions my friend.
What is the reason your case was denied? Ofcourse you said less employees, usually that will not be the case but since they have given you that reason did you show yourself as owner of the company or was there not enough income or profit to pay your self and other employees?

what should i do now? what are new possibilities to extend my stay i need stability. I have done appeal for GC and reply should come in a year or so.
i received reply from immigration with 6 pages of rejection with full reasoning to less employess. (not enough profit to support employees, blah, blah )

Check with your attorney
Well, then check with your attorney what other options you got if you already do not have another nonimmigrante status or another pending 485. GC appeal does not allow one to stay in US. If your out of status cross more than 1 year then you will accrue 3 years ban to enter into the US. Check with your attorney.
