L1 for me and L2 for my spouse together

Hi,

My company is applying L1B for me.
I dont want to wait till it gets done and then apply L2 for my wife.
1) Is there a option we can apply for both at same time and get to go to consulate at same time.
I definitely dont want to be alone in US and I cannot delay going once I get the visa.
2) Spouse name is not endorsed in either of our passports. Will that be an issue. I have marriage certificate though.

Hi Naveen,

I think you should speak with your company regarding L2 visa process. You can take appointment and attend the visa interview together for L1 & L2.
