Hi,
My L1 visa & I94 is expiring next month on the 3rd of June. My extension is filed and is not yet complete.
Do I have to leave this country till my L1 is reissued?
Or can I still stay in this country and work?
My drivers license is expired so even if I work, I will have to work from home.
Will I have to take the driver license test again after my L1 visa is issued?
Please suggest.
