A friend has 10 years B1/B2 visa valid till 2012. He got L1 in Sept 2004, while in US, and it is expiring next month - Aug 2005.
Can he return in a couple of months using the 10 year Business visa that he has ? ...or did the B1/B2 visa automatically expire upon getting the L1.
Most likely the B1/B2 remains valid and he CAN return using the business visa - I know many people who have done this. But still, more opinions / experiences will be greatly appriciated !
