L1 Confusion ! Please Reply

Hi ! Forum Folks...

I have a 3yr Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences. But working as a Marketing Supervisor with 2.2yrs of Experience. Now my employer in the US is Sponsoring me a L1 Visa, coz I know all the Knowledge of Marketing Activities/Strategies, here. But, my current employer is confused whether I fit-in for L1A or L1 B. & after going through some of the Information in the Web-sites even I am confused..

So, what do think guys? Will A 3yr-undergraduate degree,with 2.2 yrs exp qualify for L1 A visa or Not.

Let your employer's lawyer determine that. In general, with about 2 years of work experience, it won't be easy to go either way.
