I have an L1B Blanket visa from my current employer in India and i have not worked in US using this visa till now...I have the following queries
1. If i change my current employer to another employer in India can i convert that L1 to the new employer?
2. As i have not travelled to US using the L1 which i have now would it pose a problem if my new employer would like to nominate me for a H1B or an L1?.
Please clarify the above things.
