i appeared for L1 Balnket on Nov 22 in chennai consulate .the officer gave me pink 221 g form and asked to me to submit some details via e-mail ...they gave a case number and asked me to check in the consulate website 2 days after i send the details via e-mail to them...i checked in the website and there i see cases in 2005 and 2006 which are still showing as pending Administrative processing...only few cases are asked to contact consulate and send theit passport...i am going to send my details to the consulate as requested next week....
1.how long will it take for my case to get processed??...will i get a response for my case from the consulate or will it be showing as "Pending process" like it shows for others...??
2.will consualte tell whether my appliction is approved or rejected?beacuse showing as "pending process" for more than 5-6 months for a particular applicatant does make sense....
3.my previous 2 B1 visa applications were rejected due to 214 (b) ..though i have no intent to settle down in US ...they think i am a potential immigrant...does this affecting my L1b application now???
