I have the L1-B which gets stamped on Aug,1 2006 and expires on 25,June 2009. I enterd USA on 12, Jul 2008. I know that for an L1-B i can stay here for a maximum of 5 years. Since i entered US only on 12th july 2008, will i be alllwed to stay until 2013?

In your case, if your 1st entry was 12 Jul 2008, yes, you would get 5 years stay.

Regardless of entries and exists, you can continously stay in the US for an aggregate period of 5 years on a L-1 visa. You would get a new 5-year period from the date of entry to the US, if the gap between previously entry and current entry is more than 5 years.

Thanks Thomas. If i need to confirm this shall i consult with an Immigration Attorney? How can i do this? Will they charge me any fees for replying to this question?

I cannot speak in favour or in against of any attorney consultation. This must purely be based on your requirement and judgement.
