L1 B visa query

I work with a well know software company and I have approved individual petition from USCIS for L1B. My company did not file for blanket petition as I dont have a degree in IT.
Now I have my visa interview on 13th June at Chennai Consulate. My wife will be accompanying me at the interview as she is applying for L2.

Is there a chance that my visa will be refused ?

What are the typical questions that are asked ?
