I am working for Company A for more than two years in Canada. Last month my Company bought by US Company B. Now US Company B wishes to sponsor me on L1-B Visa.
I know that for L1-B there is requirement of 1 year employment in non-US company. I need to know if I am eligible and fulfills the 1 year employment requirement ?? OR that 1 year in non-US company has to be after the US Company has established relationship with my Canadian Company (which was last month.) ??
I would appreciate if someone can shed some light on it.
Please advise.
