Hi,
I am presently on L1-B and and now wanted to go ahead with H1-B. And Another company is ready to sponsor me an H1-B but they say the only possible option left is change of Status from L1-B to H1-B ie. using the same I-94 as I am presently in US.
My question is if before October'2005 my current project closes and I need to go to india, them there will be how much complication and how much time it will take to process the whole case and get me the approval to work.
