My wife is on a L1-B and needs to convert to a H1-B. Have a few questions.
1. Will it be considered as a transfer ( like in H1-B from company A to Company B - where you can start working in company B as soon as you file for the transfer)?
2. If it is considered as a new H1-B application - are there any rules introduced newly which will make this difficult?
3. Does she need to go out of the US to get a stamping if she did not plan to travel anytime soon?
