Hi There,
I came to US almost 3 years back with L1-B visa from Canada. The company went bankrupt and closed its offices in both Canada and the US. I have 2 month more before my visa expires and got a job and the new company is willing to sponsor me.
I know that once the company close, I will be out od status.. My question is, what directions I should take? What type of visa will help me more?
