Hi all,
My name is niyathi and I work for XYZ company and recently I had gone for a L1B re-stamping,but the VO has given me a 221g which said that "My application requires additional administrative processing before a final decision can be made and the consulate will conatct you after this is over".
I possess a Bachelors degree in Computers and Science Engineering and this will be the first tym I will be travelling to US.Till now it has been three weeks.
Could anyone of you clarify me in the following.
1.How long does the consulate take to contact us?
2.Will they contact the individual or HR?
3.Will my VISA be approved?
4.Can I apply for another VISA?
5.Can we know any information from the consulate on the status anything like that?
Please help me as I am so worried as where this will drive me to as I was about to travel by mid july.Please advise and help me.
