L1-B -> GC- L1-B extension

Hi Gurus
here is the question:

I'm on L1-b visa- via company "A"
have filed LC, i140, i485 via another company "B"
got i485 based EAD + advanced parole.

L1-B expires soon, company "A" is going to file an extension for L1-B , for another 2 years.

Here is the question: Won't the extention be rejected , based on i485 filed via company "B" ???
