L1 B Blanket help.

My L1B Blanket visa was denied under section 221(g) mentioning "special software skills not required for this project" at chennai consulate.
My company has applied for L1B Individual , Iam again going for visa next week.

What Questions VO might ask?
Will VO ask about previous L1B Blanket rejection?
Any ideas What can it I tell to VO about rejection for my L1B Blanket under special software skills not required?

Please suggest me , Your suggestions are very much important for me to get visa.

i just came accross ur posting. My blanket visa was also rejected for the same reason as urs. I have also applied for a individual visa. please let me know what happened to in ur individual visa interview. what were the questions asked to u? did u walk in on tuesdays, wednesdays and thursday or did u fixed a new appointment?

COuld you guide me with the procedure you followed after you were given the 221(g) form, did you mail the counsalate to close your earlier petition and then file for the L1 individual. Please help as I am also facing the same situation but there is no help avialable.
How were your L1 individual interviews?
