One of my friend L1 was expired during March. His company attorney applied for an extn during Jan/Feb. His L1 was approved in Mar end. When they received the L1 approval they found that there was no I 94 details.
Attonery again applied for the duplication for the L1 approvel requesting about the I94 details, still waiting to hear back from INS..
How long he can wait without I94?, I heard that he has to leave before 120 days even if the request is at INS..
That means, he is out of status from March?
If he go to India for revalidation, is his visa will get approved?
Any one had similar issues, appreciate your response...
