L1 applying for H1

Hi All,

Am currently having L1 Status with my wife on L2 statsu. Am planning to apply for H1 for both myself and my wife. My question is here,

In case my application for H1 is rejected and my wife's gets approved, would i lose my L1 status as well

Pls clarify and thanks for your help.

If the H-1B application is denied, it will have no impact on your L-1.
