I am on L1 and my Spuse and child have their L2 but yet to travel to US.
Now My Husband's Organization is processing L1 for him for an year.
What happens to the L2 when the L1 gets processed and on the expiry of the L1 after an year.
Can the L2 be still valid where in they can live with me or he has to apply for a new L2?
