Mar '09: I had applied for change of status from L1 and H1(Company A) to H1 (Company B)
Apr '09: I had to leave the country.
Jun '09: The above application for H1 (Company B) was approved.
Oct '09: I came back to US on my Original L1 (Company A). I am now working for Company A.
I would like to know:
1: If I want to join Company C. Can I do L1 and H1 (Company A) to H1 (Company C). In other words is the H1 (Company A) still valid ?
2. Is the H1 (Company B) by itself still usable? I guess not, since the I-94 that came along with it wouldn't be valid. Am I correct? If not what is the best way to use it.
3. My H1 (Company A) Expires on 09/19/2010. Is there a deadline before which H1 can be transferred.
4. If I do premium processing how soon can I know if my application was approved.
