L1 and H1 processing simultaneosly

Hi,
My company has applied L1B blanket for me and i got the appointment date also. My brother has applied for H1 on my behalf and the petition got approved. Now can i fix an appointment for H1 also simultaneosly? Or will there be any issue. Please advice.

You will have to chose with which visa you intend to enter the country. They will ask you and you need to be resolute in answering that.

Did your immediate brother sponsor your h1? I am just curious. I had heard that USCIS will object to if relatives sponsor..I may have heard it wrong.
