1. I recently started an Indian Software Development company and a US software development company. Both companies have me as a majority owner and my partner(US citizen as a minority owner. What kind of revenue and profit numbers do i usually need to show before i can file for an H1 or L1 for emplyees? Somewhere i read 1 million. If thats the case is that revenue or profits(ouch). BTW is is not for my L1 or H1 but that of an employee.
