My first L1 stamping was in 2006. I got the extension in 2009 and it will expire in march 2011. during these 5 years I was outside US for a period of 2 years. Can I recapture this period? If yes what is the process?
Also I am traveling to India in Nov 2010 and planning to return in Dec 2010. Will I face any issues to reenter US since my visa would be expiring in March of 2011?
