Wondering if there is anyone out there who could offer some advice;
My current situation - I have moved from South Africa to Canada on a open work permit and am still a South African citizen.
Whilst in South Africa I worked for a software reseller for a US based company for close onto 2 years.
The US based company is interested in hiring me.
Questions;
1.Under the L1 visa it says that a affiliate is acceptable - would the reseller in South Africa qualify for this?
2.I wont be living in the US but rather be travelling between Canada and the US regularly. Reason for this is that I would servicing their customers both in Canada and the US.
