I had an interview with US embassy in Kathmandu on 23 May 2008 for L1 Visa. I had aksed few questions and they kept all my documents including passport, original paper including I797. VO said she need administrative processing for my case and handed me a paper indicating administrative processing under 221 (g). It is over two months no any information received. In the paper, it is mentioned if nothing received by 2 months I can call them or email them. When I mail them they said it is still in process. My questions are
How long does it take ?
What is the possibilty of refusal or approval ?
The validity of I797 was till June 20, 2008. In this case if my case is refused, shall I need to start same process from the begining again ?
