I am working for a multi-national company for over 8 yrs now with 10 yrs plus experience in my field of expertise. I am holding a Bachelors degree. When I moved to the US 2 yrs ago I was on L1-B and later as my responsibility increased we applied for L1-A and the approval was granted by INS. My I-140 was filed in EB13 category, by-passing LC and I am expecting a response any time now.
I understand one has to have served as a manager/executive for at least 1 year in the Country of origin. Though I was doing managerial stuff while outside US, my title never reflected that. Any idea if this would be a problem with I-140 approval ??
