I have been approved with an L1-A visa and L2 for my spouse and child, planning to enter the country on next fall season.
My employer has told me that as soon as I get there I should start the Green Card processing application (I have been working for this company in a European subsidiary for many years so far, so they are willing to support me asap).
I have some questions which I would appreciate your kind answer:
a) When can the US employer start applying for my GC after entering the country on a L1-A visa?
b) If approved, will my spouse and child be granted with the same status?
c) How long would the process take in order to get the GC?
