My husband & I moved to US in June 2009 with he being on L1 A & myself on L2.
Our 3 years slot expires in May of 2012. My husband's company is applying for GC for him now. I am working in the US on EAD in the same company. I would like to know will it be possible for them to apply for GC for both of us together. In that case will they only pay for his GC cost & we need to pay mine.
If they don't apply for mine along with him, what is the other option do we have.
