Hello, does enayone know about the following:
If I get L1 visa as a change of status, and do not travel to get it stamp,, then I can apply for a Travel document after appliying for the green card?. meaning I can travel without having to goo to my country to get the visa stamped.
I just got notice from BCIS that my EAD is approved (for L2), it says that as soon as the card is ready it will be mailed. Does anyone know how long does that take?
