I came in US on H-1B visa and then transfered to L-1A visa. I was arrestted with a charge of assault and battery and the case was dismissed with "Court in Statisfaction".
I don't have my L-1A visa stampped on my passport.
I Plan to go to India to get married. I questions here is that
1) Where should I go for my L-1A visa stamping...Canada or India?
2) Is their any chances that they will rejct my visas?
3) How long the processing time would be to get my visa stampped?
