L-1 Validity and Renewal

I looked through several other threads, but I could not find an answer to a question I have.

I am French and am working on a Blanket L-1 since November 2004.

The issue date indicated on my visa is : 15 November 2004.
The expiration date indicated is : 13 November 2005.

However, at the bottom, it says PED : 14 November 2007.

What does this mean ?

I am not sure if I will stay beyond the November 2005 expiration date. However, if I need to, will I have to 'renew' the visa ? If so, do I need to go back to France for this, or can it be done here itself ?

Thanks!

I have the same issue

can someone please explain or answer this??????

I am very anxious....so plz help.

You are good to stay until the date that your I-94 is stamped for.
It is usually stamped for the same date as PED, but it could be different.

The expiry date is the last date that you can enter the country on that visa. So you can enter the U.S. between issue date (15 November 2004) and The expiration date indicated (13 November 2005).
However once entered you can stay until your I-94 is valid.
