Kudos to NSC

140 for EB1OR has moved only 16 days in last 2 months at NSC. Last month (Aug) 6 days and this month (Sep) 10 days. Seems like lot of improvement

I know it is frustrating but believe me these dates has nothing to do with processing of cases..it is very random...like mine was file in Oct 2007...as mentioned in other posts I am waiting for the final verdict after responding to RFE...

I agree...

mine was also filed in Oct'07 and has already been approved

One of my friends whole filed in EB1-OR in Dec has also received his approval. I think NSC is well ahead of dates mentioned under processing times.
