I got my AP,EAD and waiting for FP.

I got my AP,EAD and waiting for FP.
RD 08-NOV-2001.
ND 06-DEC-2001.
AP Approved 13-DEC-2001.
EAD Approved 15-DEC-2001.

I applied at VSC.
I saw some postings of FRANTIC he got his AP and EAD apporved recently from VSC.

How about you, where r u at 485? Did you applied for 485 or still searching for a Attorney ?

Congrats. Once you get ND/RD and AP, does it mean that case won\'t be transferred to other service center?
I\'m applying probably by next week at VSC.

It doen\'t mean that the case will not get transfer

I do not know if getting ND,RD, EAD and AP means, it is ok or not.
I guess, It doen\'t mean that the case will not get transfer, Still there are some chances for transfer. We never know, It might be OK, who knows. It may be depends on IIO who deals the case.

What do you think FRANTIC ?

Received my EAD/AP

RD 12/19/01
ND 12/28/01
EAD approved on 1/14/02
EAD card received 1/18/02
AP received on 1/28/02
No FP yet - One of my friends who applied to CSC but staying in Atlanta received FP earlier than EAD. Guess local INS office is handling the FP cases quickly.

I am also worried about the transfer of the case from VSC to TSC. Lets be in touch.
