hello everyone!
im hopping that some of you familiar with asylum process and everything that comes with it, might help me with some concerns i have. your help will be very appreciated.
one of my concerns is that when i talked to the attorney thats been helping me prepare my asylum applications, i asked her what her what she thought of my case... if i had any chances, if it was strong enough she answered that she couldnt give an accurate answer, but she did say that my witness statement should help my case. i might be wrong, but i dont think she is too confident about my case. thats just the hint i got form her answer. so, my question is if you had an attorney or just one to help you prepare your applications what did they tell you your chances were.
*my hearing is next month but she wont be representing me, she only helped me prepare my applications.
im gonna have some more questions later on, so i really hope you guys wont mind giving me your advice and best of all sharing your expiriences.
and i really hope that you will keep me in your prayers and thoughts.
